Provide an overview of the partner organization, including its mission, goals, and any relevant background information. - Stakeholders:
- List the stakeholders involved in the project.
- Include a detailed list of individuals you met with during the initial meetings.
- Project Goals:
- Outline the primary goals and objectives of the project based on stakeholder input.
- Describe what success looks like for the organization.
- Major Functions and Attributes:
- Identify and describe the major functions the project needs to perform.
- Highlight key attributes or features that are critical for the solution.
- Data Management:
- Provide a clear description of the data being stored and processed.
- Specify types of data, their purpose, and how they will be used within the project.
