1. Initial Stakeholder Meeting

  • Meet with the project stakeholders to gather preliminary information about the partner’s needs.
  • Develop an initial description of the problem that needs to be addressed, including:
    • The nature of the problem.
    • The major functions required to solve it.
    • Key information and data that need to be managed.

2. Key Information to Include in the Proposal

  • Organization Details:
    Provide an overview of the partner organization, including its mission, goals, and any relevant background information.
  • Stakeholders:
    • List the stakeholders involved in the project.
    • Include a detailed list of individuals you met with during the initial meetings.
  • Project Goals:
    • Outline the primary goals and objectives of the project based on stakeholder input.
    • Describe what success looks like for the organization.
  • Major Functions and Attributes:
    • Identify and describe the major functions the project needs to perform.
    • Highlight key attributes or features that are critical for the solution.
  • Data Management:
    • Provide a clear description of the data being stored and processed.
    • Specify types of data, their purpose, and how they will be used within the project.

3. Submission Requirements

Upload the following to a GitHub repository and submit the link:

  1. Meeting Notes:
    • Include detailed notes from all stakeholder meetings.
  2. Project Proposal:
    • The comprehensive project proposal, including all sections listed above.
  3. Moodle:
    • Submit Proposal to Moodle
