Please divide into groups:

  1. Access the Work Report Form: Open the work report form via the following link FORM for your respective group.
  2. Initiate the Meeting: Begin your meeting by undertaking the following steps:
    • Exchange contact information with your teammates.
    • Establish a shared folder on Google Drive dedicated to your project. Ensure this folder is accessible to all team members as well as myself.
    • Within this shared folder, create a spreadsheet to outline a weekly schedule for team meetings, allocating a minimum of 4 hours per week for collaboration.
    • Craft a “Design Ideas” document within this folder and ensure it’s shared with the parent folder.
    • Engage in brainstorming sessions to generate design concepts for your product. Document your ideas comprehensively, prioritizing features and providing detailed insights for each. Consider aspects such as required data, supported operations, potential error conditions, and corresponding mitigation strategies.
    • Develop detailed user stories for each feature, elucidating how the system will be utilized. Multiple user stories may be necessary to cover various usage scenarios and outcomes.
    • Optionally, discuss database schema requirements and data storage considerations, if time allows.
    • Ensure the completion of the work form and submit it promptly. Include the shared link to the fold above in the notes.
